We, Jackson's family, want Jackson to have a life that is rich in relationships and experiences. We are working hard to build a good life for Jackson by:

• Encouraging him to build relationships with his peers and community by working, playing soccer, volunteering and swimming.
• Bringing Jackson's friends together in a Circle of Support to plan for and safeguard Jackson's future.
• Getting Jackson a house of his own, in a community he likes.
